Our shipping policy is simple- we select the most secure, fastest service based on your location upon order. That helps us keep costs down for you and for us. Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the parcel, as shown on the actual checkout page.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 2-5 working days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.

Shipping Delay Shipping might be delayed due to Abnormal Weather, Flight Delays, any emergency of shipment place & delivery destination, and other force majeure factors, or any other circumstances that can not be fully controlled by VietMyst.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
You can return items within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
To start a return, please contact us at vietmystofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the item.
